• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer)

• Design and implementation of elearning courseware using Flash ActionScript 2.0/3.0, HTML, JavaScript and XML.
• Rapid development of e-learning courseware using authoring tools like Lectora, Captivate and Articulate.
• Design and implementation of custom tools using Flex 3.0, PHP, My SQL for rapid development and maintenance of elearning courseware.
• Design and implementation of mobile learning courseware using FlashLite 2.0.
• Complying courseware to standards like Scorm 1.2/2004, AICC and testing/debugging the same on various Learning Management systems
• Participation in requirements gathering, architecture design, and technical documentation.
• Being responsible for the on-time delivery of fully qualified applications that satisfy client expectations.
• Sharing best practices.
• Ensuring timely deliveries of assigned tasks.
• Co-ordinating with team members.
• Responsible for proper and smooth functioning of processes.
• Suggesting ways for innovation and improvement to existing courseware templates/ shells/ code etc.

PHP5 - Candidate should be a top-notch PHP5 developer, familiar with the latest features in PHP 5.2.X and 5.3.X.

XHTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX - Expert level Javascript/XHTML/CSS development will be necessary. JQuery experience preferred.
