Responsibilities:
use Java to design and develop new application solutions that meet the needs of our business units
use Java to provide enhancements and defect fixes of existing applications
complete thorough unit testing of all code
work on project teams throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle
* Advanced Web Development profile using Java
* Some exposure to skinning Liferay Portals
* Basic information architecture skills
* Should be able to work with BA with wireframes- suggest wireframe/ screen design guidelines etc.

Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) experience
experience with Vitria’s BusinessWare
experience with JEE5 Frameworks, such as Struts and Spring

SAP requirements :
Serve as a subject matter expert on the usage of products and applications associated with the CRM space
Understanding of the disparate hardware, platforms, system standards, data, and databases the make up the application environment.
Knowledge of product-to-product communication and technology domains.
Understand and analyze business needs.
Serve as a subject matter expert for code development, reviews, and deployments to all environments.
Serve as a subject matter expert on data, inputs, outputs, and reporting associated with the products and applications associated with the CRM space.
In-depth knowledge of the Business Processes and Workflows.
Ability to attend and at times facilitate discussions with the Business teams to understand their overall needs and determining solution options to be able to streamline their work efforts.
Work with internal project teams to assist with understanding the Business need and ensuring solutions being developed support that need.
Oracle requirements :
A minimum years of experience developing solutions for Oracle’s e-business suite.
Must have a functional knowledge of the Oracle e-Business suite in a multiple organization and multiple set of books environment.
Experience with Oracle’s development tools including reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Builder, and JDeveloper.
Demonstrated working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL best practices.
Experience with at least one of these e-business suite applications (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, iProcurement, iExpense, General Ledger, Inventory, Fixed Assets)
Additional programming skills that are useful towards the job but not a core requirement: Perl, Java
A strong desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Must be able to work independently with limited general supervision.
Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines are necessary skills.
