Job Summary :
As an Associate Engineer you will be responsible for development engineering of the Red Hat Storage product
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, preferably in client/server architecture, algorithm development and should be creative, team-oriented, a quick learner with good interpersonal skills and driven to produce results.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
-    Deliver a high quality product that is extensible and scale-able within the specified time line
-    Identify product/quality requirements and potential improvements
-    Participate in the complete software development life cycle
-    Debug and resolve any field issues
-    Document consistently throughout the development/quality process
-    Review, to the extent possible, changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance
Required skills :
-    A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication is preferred.
-    Must have extensive working knowledge of C, C++, Makefiles
-    Excellent data structures and algorithm skills
-    Operating systems and Unix internals skills
-    Knowledge of Free and open source software development concept and methodology
-    Ability to multi task while ensuring quality of work
