Come and join the Search Technology Center - India (STC-I). We are working on many exciting projects that would help increase Bing query share globally, improve search relevance and deliver great search experiences on different devices.
Millions of people interact with the Bing search engine every day, and even small improvements to the core search results lead directly to large numbers of people connecting with information they never would have found otherwise.
The Bing team in IDC works at the core of the Bing stack: driving and redefining the technology for understanding the query intent, ranking the “ten blue links” and presenting the rich information for each of the “ten blue links”. What can you show the user in a small amount of space that will be maximally informative? This problem ends up touching on a wide variety of disciplines (statistics, information retrieval, natural language processing, machine learning, and user interaction research).
We are looking for SDE. In this role you will be responsible for participating in the delivery of next generation Search Technologies.

Qualifications:
3+ years of hands on experience in build highly scalable online services or shipping world class products.
Highly proficient in C/C++ or .Net platform.
Very strong at present ideas and concepts and influence people to action.
Highly motivated and willing to work in a rapidly evolving environment.
Some positions require experience in Machine Learning..
Domain knowledge of Online Services a plus but not required.
