Walk-in Interview For Recruitment of Laboratory Technical Assistants on Contract

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram (IISER-TVM) is conducting a walk-in interview from 10 am on 5th September, 2012 (Wednesday) at the Institute for selecting suitable persons meeting the following eligibility criteria for short term positions of Laboratory Technical Assistants.

• Laboratory Technical Assistants : 3 Posts
• Qualifications:  MSc in Physics
• Age:  Below 30 years

Job Profile: Assisting undergraduate students in Physics   laboratory courses, day-to-day laboratory maintenance, organizing lab essentials in the undergraduate and research laboratories etc.

Terms of employment:  The positions are purely temporary for a period of one year and will not be extended.

Remuneration:  Rs. 15,000/- (consolidated) per month.

Selected candidates will have to join duty within one week.
