Job description Cognos RTM is the realtime analytics offering from IBM. The ISL team has WW responsibility of this product. The QC engineer is responsible for day to day testing of the product across release cycles. He/she would also be responsible for testing any hot site defects that would be assigned to them. The person would have to work on automation using tools such as RFT and WinRunner. He/she would have to work on regression testing, funtional verification and system testing. He/She would also be responsible for writing new testcases as per addition of new features to the product across releases. 0-24 months of desired experience required # Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical Exposure, experience to s/w testing techniques. Experience of automatio tools such as RFT, WinRunner, etc. Exposure to and knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, shellscripting, etc. Exposure to and knowledge of various OS platforms such as AIX, Solaris, Linux and web servers/app. servers like Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere, etc. Knowledge of databases would be an advantage.

Job Description The Applications Developer – Salesforce.com (SFDC) will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, customization and be involved in the implementation of Salesforce.com modules for VMware. The candidate should have exceptional technical skills in development and customization of salesforce.com and integration tools and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities


- Actively participate and work with business analysts and business teams (where needed) to understand and document technical requirements for salesforce.com customizations, enhancements/ features and integrations

- Design and develop customizations, enhancements and services based on the requirements

- Write and execute unit tests cases for the developed functionalities

- Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis
